Telephone contact (hotline)

You should use the telephone contact of the ZIM mainly for fault reports. The telephone is switched on around the clock. On weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 6 p.m., a member of staff will usually take your fault report directly. Outside these hours, you can leave your request on the answering machine. It will be processed as soon as the support time starts.
